Cyce Syncing Workshop | Omaha

Join Elaina D. for this special 90-minute workshop to learn how to deepen your relationship with your body’s life force and innate intuition. Through a combination of mindful movement, meditation, journaling, and discussion, participants will learn about the impact of monthly hormonal shifts – how your energy and physical needs change throughout the month, how stress can impact your cycle, and about how to eat to help balance your hormones. Workbooks will be provided for participants to take notes, journal on reflective prompts, and to document affirmations. This workshop is open to everyone with an interest in and willingness to learn about cycle syncing.
